I have worked with Barry and his team at Haines over the last 6 years and found them to be very professional, proactive, flexible and courteous. Haines has professionally let out two high value properties of mine to foreign diplomats and business leaders, who expect very high standards of service for the high rental cost. I have only received positive feedback from the tenants. Living overseas in Asia, I really need a personalised, hand’s on service from Barry and his team to manage the properties. In 2018 Haines has also successfully sold a penthouse property on my behalf. Again the experience was very positive in navigating the various challenges and in managing the expectations of vendor and buyer. Overall I highly recommend Haines and all of its team. They have provided an all round service that has given incredible peace of mind.
