I dealt with Ruby Slazenger directly relating to the renting of a high quality home in Co Wicklow ..... Ruby at all times was completely professional and I do not use that phrase lightly !From the very start Ruby was responsive, contacting her was never an issue. Ruby fully supported us in terms of explaining the services provided, accurate feedback on the rental market, help and advice at times initially on a daily basis as required. Anything Ruby said she would do (which was a lot) she did. Nothing ever appeared too much for Ruby and all interactions were, well, just great. Her responses to queries were always same day, detailed, precise, positive and helpful - and importantly, proven to be factual.Ultimately, Ruby advised a market rental well above that of other agents contacted when deciding who to engage with (although her positive attitude and engagement were 2 other key factors in selecting Haines). She delivered on finding quality corporate clients for us who were willing to pay the full advertised rate.Ruby put me and my family first, consistently. This is a genuine review - in summary, if you are renting a property I highly recommend you do not go past selecting Ruby at Haines - we are so thankful we did !

This is my first google review and would not normally post one but after my experience with Haines I felt compelled too write one. The minute I walked into the office I knew this was the letting agent for me. The office is modern, clean and very friendly. The office is modern and not your typical letting agents office. This also reflect on their website which had a fine selection of properties with detailed discriptions and full disclosure photographs of the properties.I was first meet by Shauna who was very busy but who was exceptional friendly and welcoming and very professional . She arranged a meeting with the owner of the firm, Barry .When meeting with Barry I instantly knew he knew his stuff . He is a compatent professional . I outlined my wants and needs . He matched me perfectly to a property he had . No hard sell or fluff just plain professional, honest talk and advice .I was shown the property by Ruby who arrived on time and I did not have to explain what I need again as Barry had clearly passed on all my details. Very professional and clear knew the property being able to answer all my questions. She also had great knowledge of the area . I never felt rushed in the viewing even though Haines seems to be busy . I was sold on the property. Ruby and Barry clearly had listened to what I wanted and did not want and had matched my needs to a great property .I dealt with janet in signing my lease . She was able to answer all my questions . Returned calls very promptly . New modern signing online of lease , which , as busy professional , I did not have to waste my time . Janet was so easy to deal with when setting up payment and keys.The property was also managed by haines . I had dealings with Lisa and Hazel and had instant replys to emails and orders for a new cooker were made straight away. I would say the have a policy of no hassle for the tenant which is fantastic. I was not left hanging or having to waste time . Lisa and hazel were always so polite and friendly and had all the answers to my questions . Nothing for them was every a problem .Over all I was delighted with the service if I could give six stars I would .Great modern letting agent , made great by all the staff I dealt with .Thank you to haines and staff for finding me my new home .

Awful. Had a viewing arranged for a Monday evening at half 5 (had to leave work early to get there), not only did no one show, when I rang Haines for clarification they told multiple lies about 'putting this on top priority' and calling me back to explain the situation. No one rang (I had to call back multiple times) and then even worse was no one even attempted an apology, even the next day when I politely replied saying I was still interested in the property and that I'd like to arrange another viewing I was not even replied to. I won't look at any property under the Haines' agency again.

We were interested in buying an apartment and arranged a viewing with an agent from this agency. Unfortunately she was not able to tell us anything about the property and instead put time pressure on us to hurry up.It has been said that another agent would take over if we would like to continue. Until today, I am still waiting for an email response from anyone.In the end we just wasted our time and energy. I wouldn`t recommend this unreliable agency.

Haines have managed leasing of our Dublin apartment for over 10 years and were always easily contactable and on top of any issues related to the tenancy. We have just sold the apartment using Haines and Barry, Ruby and the team could not have been more helpful, especially considering we are now living in Perth, Australia, so closer to the moon than Dublin. I would happily recommend them for anything related to buying, selling or managing a property in Dublin.

I've been renting in Dublin for over 10 years. This is my fourth apartment and only moved as I wanted to move to a specific location. This is my first time dealing with Haines. Genuinely without a doubt the best and easiest experience moving I've ever had. Everything was seamless - from viewing the apartment, sending references, signing the electronic lease and collection of the keys. Any queries I had were answered promptly. Staff were friendly and professional. Great assistance with setting up utilities and apartment was immaculate when moving in. Highly recommend!

We recently purchased a beautiful apartment through Haines. Barry was super helpful throughout the whole process, and the sale proceeded smoothly and efficiently. Very helpful with queries and advice, and always responded quickly. They have been very helpful post sale aswell. I would definitely recommend their services and would use them in future.

I'm a tenant , and Haines has provided us with really fantastic property management. Promptly addresses issues, always easy to reach, and proactively checks in about things that might need fixing in our home. Also does electronic lease signing, online submission of any repairs, and automated text reminders about home inspections. Just great stuff. I didn't know it could be this good, and I never thought I'd ever write a positive review of a property management company in my whole life! Highly recommended and if we ever move from our current home, guaranteed I will start by looking at Haines' listings before going to Daft.

Haines did an amazing job selling our property. Great communication, dedicated staff, and absolute professionals all the way. Fantastic communication with all interested parties. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Arranged an apartment viewing through Daft. Was left standing outside in the January cold and gave up after 20 minutes. Could not recommend less.
