Here is a brief outline of the service we can offer as a buyer’s agent….

Why would I need a buyer’s agent?

Researching and viewing properties is a time consuming process. Then comes the offer process which can be very emotional and stressful. By employing a buyer’s agent, you remove yourself from the process and have the benefit of a trusted advisor, representing only your interests and on your side.

I’m interested, what next?

We’ll understand your situation and your motivation to move property. Then we’ll assess your needs and wants and explain our service in detail and agree our professional fee.

Researching properties

We’ll research the market and contact agents, deciphering the agent-speak and draw up a shortlist of properties we feel are suitable for you. We’ll discuss the list with you, detailing the benefits of each property and our reason for selecting it for you.


We’ll attend viewings on your behalf or accompany you on the viewings.


Once we have identified the right property, we’ll outline our offer strategy. This is where we start to pay for ourselves.

Negotiating the deal

Buying a property is an emotional process and as an outsider, we remove the emotion from the transaction which means we can look at things clearly and can ultimately save you money. At a minimum, we remove the stress from making offers.

Sale Agreed

Once we’ve agreed the sale for you, we’ll liaise with the vendor’s agent and keep you informed along the way. We can recommend solicitors, surveyors etc that you’ll require to progress the purchase.


Congratulations – you’ve completed the transaction and have the keys to your new property. Hopefully a little less grey and with more nails!
