Here’s some useful information…
Decide on your prioritiesBefore you start your search, decide on you “not negotiables”. Must you have 2 bathrooms? Is parking a priority. How many bedrooms? The list goes on. You need to know yourself what you want before you start your search. In the current market, you may not get everything on your checklist.
Book a viewingWe want to make sure you get to see our properties so we show 7 days a week with late viewings each evening, up to 9pm. On weekends, we show from 9am to 5pm. If you really can’t view within these hours, let us know and we will accommodate you. We’re more than happy to collect you from the DART or bus stop if you like. Whatever we can do to make the viewing as hassle free for you as possible.
Making an offerYou’ve found the right property – now time to make an offer. We’ll need to know who is renting the property, where you’ve lived previously, what your employment status is and what references you have. We’ll put your offer to the landlord for consideration and let you know the outcome as quickly as possible.
Collecting the keysJust before you move in, we’ll make an appointment for you to come to our office to collect the keys and sign the remaining paperwork. This should take no longer than 20 minutes. In some cases we can meet you at the property or another convenient place.
Register with usCall or email us with your checklist – although we list our properties on all the property websites, sometimes our clients do not want their property advertised so it’s worth getting in touch and registering with us.
At the viewingYou’re booked in and ready to view! Sometimes it’s necessary to show a property to multiple parties at the same time. For instance, if it’s occupied, the current tenant may only allow a small window for access. Don’t worry – we never agree lettings at the property. You can take the time to view it, make the right decision and let us know if you’d like to make an offer for it. We’ll call you afterwards anyway to gauge your interest.

Property ManagementIf we’re managing the property for the landlord, you’ll pay your rent to us each month and log any maintenance issues through this website. If the landlord is managing it we’ll give you all the contact details you’ll need.
